About Brandon 0
Written in the 3rd person for needless posturing:
Brandon Willey, a native Arizonan, is a leading business entrepreneur committed to creatively improving the human experience in the worlds of business and technology. Armed with a keen interest in human-to-human relations, he brings considerable experience in both marketing and business leadership as well as a core desire for true innovation. To quote Alan Kay, Brandon adheres to the belief that “the best way to predict the future is to invent it.” As a result of this world view, and with an eye for change, for constant improvement of the world around him, he founded his first company in 2006 to begin making this passion a reality.
In 2007, Brandon continued his ventures with the founding of redPear, a Tempe, Arizona-based web, software, and mobile development company that takes a unique approach to the industry. During his time as CEO of redPear he has fostered a passion for building a network of strong relationships around him, even encouraging other Arizona companies to focus on their strengths and work cooperatively with other agencies to enhance the client experience.
Extending the beliefs of relationship-building and a new approach to networking, Brandon took these paradigms to new levels with the creation and launch of Vyllij in 2009, a company that helps individuals enhance their relationships within their local network through home-grown, innovative social CRM software. As of 2010, Brandon also serves as Chief Visionary Officer of PackFlat Projects, a guide and reference organization that is setting a new bar for comprehensive sources of information.
In early 2011 his web development company, redPear, joined forces with Spark Design in Tempe, AZ so that he could focus his efforts on growing Vyllij as well as launching the Local Lunch Club, a new Startup in San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ. In 2011 he also started Monsuun LLC an early-stage startup management company that manages a portfolio of startups such as CEOConnects and the California Source.
Brandon is on the lookout for great opportunities as a Director of Online Marketing or Internet Strategy while in transition from Tempe to San Francisco with his wife, Andrea, and son and daughter, Colin and Sydney. You can follow him at twitter.com/bwilley.
